Exercises to help fix Lower Back issues

Deadlifts and squats are both compound exercises that target multiple muscle groups, including the lower back. By strengthening the muscles in this area, deadlifts and squats can help alleviate lower back pain and prevent future injuries.

perform a deadlift properly, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing forward. Hinge at your hips and bend down to grip the bar with both hands, maintaining a neutral spine. Keep your chest up and engage your core as you stand up, pulling the bar close to your body. Lower the bar back down to the ground with control, keeping your back straight throughout the movement.

To perform a squat properly, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly pointed outward. Keeping your chest up and your abs engaged, lower your hips down and back as if sitting into a chair. Keep your knees in line with your toes and drive through your heels as you stand back up to the starting position.

As with any exercise, it's important to start with a weight that is manageable and focus on proper form before increasing the load. It's also recommended to work with a certified personal trainer or physical therapist if you have any preexisting injuries or concerns.
