How to make Cauliflower Wings

 Yes, cauliflower can be made into "wings" by coating and baking or frying them. Here's a simple recipe:


Ingredients:

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 cup of all-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder

- 1 tablespoon of onion powder

- 1 teaspoon of paprika

- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

- 1 cup of milk

- 1 cup of breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup of hot sauce

- 1/4 cup of melted butter


Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.


3. Add the cauliflower pieces into the bowl and toss to coat with the flour mixture.


4. Pour the milk into another bowl and dip the floured cauliflower pieces one by one into the milk.


5. Roll the cauliflower pieces in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.


6. Place the coated cauliflower pieces onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.


7. While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the hot sauce by mixing the hot sauce and melted butter together in a small bowl.
